Fraps Videos

My Fraps videos capture at 2 or 3 and are therefore always very jerky. I can't understand this as I have a high spec PC and people wih lower spec PCs than mine don't seem to have any problems.
I've tried running nothing else in the background but I still get a very slow capture. Has anyone got any ideas?

it may well be that you have to make your screen resolution smaller. what res do you play at?

I reduced this and tried again already but same problem.
