FROM AUSTRALIA TO PAKISTAN - I want to shift world series

Is it possible to shift the world series from Australia to Pakistan or some other country because I m tired of playing world series in Australia . Can any one help me with that ?

i don't think it's possible ,
but u could if u could change the gameplay files.
But no-one seems interested.
Perhaps it's the .BIN files ?
I'll try 2 help , but if no-one helps I CAN'T HELP !!

Well Ben I'll try to help ypu if start working on shifting the world series if its .BIN files I'll start working on them but you have to give me a go

if tried .BIN editors but they appear to be for a different kind of file.
I think these must be the files with gameplay as virtually all the other files in BLC are accounted for.

Hey these bin files are actually compiled exe(script?) files with their loaders stripped similar to DLL files.Actually when the game is run these files are executed
