Game Crashes

Hello, I have recently installed ac2009 in my pc(WIN XP SP2).Now i tried to play a t20 game and started.Every thing went great till the bowler started run up.but as soon as the bowler hitted the ball into the pitch my pc hanged.The screen freezes.I have to restart my pc from the cpu switch.then i reseted game graphics to minimum(lowest).Still same problem.Though i can bowl basic deliveries without any problem in tutorial(BASIC BOWLING TUT).When i had win7 same problem occured.What to do? Please help!!!

Switch off the detail for the crowd. Should do it
