Game freezes right when bowler bowls?

Every time the bowler bowls my game freezes. I just got the boxed version
and it runs fine on my other computers. I know the graphics are supported
because everything runs smooth 100%. No stuttering no nothing and i have played much heavier games then this. I have tried playing the game on safe mode but still no luck. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.
What's the problem?

I Have the exact same problem. I got the boxed version from EB Games.
Can somebody please help us? The game would freeze right when the ball lands on the pitch.
