Gluten Free Diet

Good day ladies and gentlemen I was recently informed of some of the benefits of this diet, that is staying away from Gluten, which is primarily contained in wheat and wheat products. Reason being my doctor said staying away will help reduce inflammation, something I am having issue with for a while.

Anyone with some info to offer would be appreciated such as meal options etc and perhaps how staying away from Gluten has transformed your life, be it in a positive or negative way.

I have been on a gluten free diet from 3 months now and it has a number of benefits. I have completely given up wheat and switched to Jowar. Jowar is great for health. I have also lost some weight and it has helped me stay more active for a longer period of time.

I have been doing proper gym too along with this but still gluten free diet is really helpful for the overall health.

Rice and pasta gives me plenty of energy, I try to eat healthy but do indulge in a cheeseburger or a takeaway, not too often though! :p
