Nice to see Hamilton growing with huge talents. Hamilton is always welcome to Ferrari to become next Schumi :D

I doubt Hamilton will ever leave McLaren, look at what Ron Dennis has brought him through since he was 13! Great work, great win - and Sato aswell, overtaking Fernando Alonso. A dream day for Lewis Hamilton.

I watched the whole race and he did really well to keep his head with all around him losing theirs. Especially after seeing his lead slashed with the first safety car.
Thought Alonso was unlucky to get the S&G penalty with the new rules though; had he gone another lap he'd have run out of fuel!

Good to hear that Kubica hasnt suffered any serious injuries and might actually even make it to next weekend's US GP.

Hamilton deserved his first GP win, did nothing wrong throughout the race. Alonso was unlucky with the 10 second S&G penalty. Imo the FIA made a slight mess of this.

Nevertheless I actually wanted Hamilton to win his first GP for a while now. Seems to be quite a talented lad behind the wheels.

It was also nice to see the overtaking of Takuma Sato to move past two time and defending world champion, Alonso. But the Spaniard clearly got something wrong with the setup of his car or kept braking too late and hence kept running off the track on the first turn. I doubt the second one though as Alonso never makes mistakes.

Ferrari seem unable to respond to Mclaren's total domination at the moment. BMW have shown they can compete. Good race by Heidfeld as well.

The new safety car rules are an absolute joke. There was nothing wrong with the way it use to work so why change it?!

Anyway, what a fantastic performance from Lewis and fantastic news about Kubica. Just goes to show how incredibly strong the modern F1 car is. Certainly one of the most unpleasant accidents I've seen in recent times.

Well you say that but he did it a number of times throughout the weekend, not just during the race. Every now and then Alonso has weekends like this where he makes an unusual amount of mistakes.

What a race and a great win for Lewis. Good to hear that Kubica is alright too, shows the incredible strength and design of the cars.

i'm happy hamilton won but i was going for heidfeld. i was laughing so hard when sato overtook alonso and when wurz came third. i hate alonso dunno why i think its cause he keeps beating my favourite driver kimi. kubica's crash made me sick. it was horrible. and webber was so close to points what does he have to do to get some luck.

Webber made an error at turn one fairly early on and it went downhill from there.

webber has been doing very well considering he has a pretty ordinary red bull car to drive.

That car is odd, technically it's a very good car and if it's reliability was better (they have to have the worst reliability on the grid?) They could be the 4th team ahead of Renault.

USGP this weekend.

I'm going for Lewis again.

Good race. Hamilton did well to win on a track he never raced on before. Alonso too gave it his best but wasnt quite enough.

Mclaren have dominated the last three races now and Ferrari though being the closest to them, are not able to challenge them.

Teams will now get to practice (testing)) before the French GP and Ferrari would have to try and sort out whatever problems they are having in order to catch the flying Mclarens. Thing is I dont think the Ferrari is underperforming, but that the Mclarens have improved dramatically this season.
