Group B - Bangladesh, Bermuda, India, Sri Lanka

God-2 nights i've had nightmares of BRM winning to toss and batting, and Bangla absolutly killing BRM-no joke.
I literally woke myself up screaming "NO!" last night-:S
Too much stress, and too much cricket, eh?
Hahaha. Well, now you can lay those nightmares to rest. It was a good match. Nice to see Yuvi and Sachin carve those sixes towards the end.

I think India need to carry the same level of aggression into the Sri Lanka game. We've always chosen the strategy of staying quiet and allowing the opposition bowlers to dominate us, in the past.

India's bowling attack is not up to the mark :noway if they continue this form then they hve to pay a big price, though already paid :p

Sree needs to be back. We need someone to really step up and say "alright, in this tournament i'm going to be the destructor in cheif, I'm going to get a 5-fer". So far Zaheer has looked good, and so has Munaf. The rest have failed.
I think Sreesanth needs to come in for Ajit desperatly. We can even go in with Irfan and a spinner if we can afford to drop Uthappa and Viru.

Sreesanth will be vital, but it seems unlikely he will be picked.

Why? Agarkar is failing repeatedly and is looking very vulnerable. I'm sure that change will be made.

If no chages will be made in Bowling department , then get ready to be out of World Cup

If Chappell and Dravid know at least half of what they are doing-There will be a change.

Pathan may step in, in place of Uthappa. He will be a perfect swap, but his batting must not be wasted and his bowling must be consistently above 75mph to add effectiveness.

I think in the warm-up game he was bowling within himself. A couple did rise up to the occasional 126kmph.

Yes , he will be a good swap , he is a good batsman now and a worse bowler , all credit goes to Greg Chappel

I think Sreesanth will come in, in place of Agarkar. Anyone know how the former performed against Sri Lanka in the recent series? I can't see us keeping the same bowling line-up in the next game, after taking 40ish overs to get rid of a Bermudan batting lineup.

ugh
Mat Runs HS BatAv 100 50 W BB BowlAv 5w Ct St format, btw.

I appreciate your confidence. May be you can reserve it for the success of your team instead of pointing out the weaknesses of other teams.

If the weather persists as it was today, Pathan would be more than a handful against Sri Lanka. His batting is very good and so, he is a batting all rounder. I would say the team should risk him against Sri Lanka. Who knows, he might spring a surprise!

One thing I didn't expect from India is their bowling proving to be weakness from WI VS India match which India outclassed WI by bowling out 85.
