This is a relatively easy group. But,you never know. If the Dutch and the Irish get their act straight they could stun a few teams.

Also,it could cause problems for Lanka and NZ if they qualify for the semis. They will have played slightly weaker oppostion, whereas their counterparts would have played some fantastic matches.

I still expect New Zealand to get to the semis. If they where in Group E could be a different story. Lets just hope they don't lose in the semis like they always do

NZ and SL are the favorites to make it to the semifinals. Here Ireland and the other team have 3 games to make it to the semis which makes the chances of their causing an upset more tougher (you can cause upsets over a game but highly unlikely to do that over 3 games).

If Pakistan come in here, it would make this group more interesting.

It'd be awesome if Ireland or Netherlands reach the semis, would be great for the associates, and cricket overall imo.

Glad NZ got this group, some easier matches to start with, and a hard game vs Sri Lanka going into the semis (which we should make).

Thought this group was easy before but if Netherlands join Ireland then SL and NZ should be a shoe in. Even if Pakistan make it those two should be a shoe in still. I reckon Mendis will cause all these teams problems as they are yet to face him.

I'm looking forward to seeing Ross Taylor play Ajantha Mendis, I wonder what he will do

Just have to avoid 'doing an England' and a spot in the semis is ours.

We haven't played Sri Lanka for awhile and with our next tour being over there it will give the new guys a chance to look at some of their bowlers.

you cannot under estimate pakistan as they last time make it to the finals and
when misbah-ul-uaq clicks he could win every match

I think it will be again Pakistan and New Zealand in semis like the last WC.

Move to off side and sweep to stands in midwicket or square leg.

I guess I will have to hope that they make it to the semi finals so I can watch them play

One thing in Pakistan's favor is that New Zealand have almost all of their players having some sort of an injury or other :p
