I founded the solution for this.Change ur c drive file system FAT32 to NTFS
definitely it will work

Single click on your C drive and see what file system you Have if it is FAT32 BLIC
will give this ERROR.Reinstall your C drive file system to NTFS.It will work.Is it clear?
