HELP! Injury between index finger and thumb web.

Hello all,
I bowl off spin, yesterday i was bowling in nets and batsmen hit the ball straight to me and my left hand's webbing between index finger and thumb got tore/cut. I immediately went to doctor i had 4 stitches, how much time will it get to heal back to normal? Also after healing completely, will i be able to play cricket again? Can i field and catch ball after recovery?
