Yeah i saw it. Seems fine to me. Follow the instructions below

1) Extract the file to x:/Program Files/EA Sports/EA Sports Cricket 2005/
2) Go to that folder and make sure that the file is there.
3) Play the game, with any one team as India.
4) Youll notice that the boots are changed.

i gt another problem
i installed the unique face patch but when i copy nd paste monty Panesar's face in2 the cricket 2005 root directory the face still dnt work

I can't help here. I never tried installing custom faces to the unique face patch, try asking its developers.

You need to assign his face using the Player Editor.Use the instructions in this post by use the Set Unique Face Option instead of the Set Generic face option mentioned there.
