We have a massive squad, about 40 players. Half do nets, half do fielding. Sometimes we have games going on.

We initially practiced at the oval in the 2 nets. 2 batted 4 bowled while the rest went and did fielding drills. Use to annoy me cuz I spent most of my time at the session doing the fielding drills.
As we go older we went to the Indoor Cricket Centre and practiced there.

Fielding fielding fielding
We always do fielding, unless we have a practise match, our nets are shocking, dangerous infact.
Generally start with 2 stumps; 3 groups and a keeper, keeper rolls it out to one person who underarms at stump someone backs it up and overarm throw at other stump, that is backed up and thrown back to keeper.
Then crazy catch and practise close catching, or a team favourite is Kings & Queens, where close catching with two rows, at the front right there is a king, and basically if you drop a catch you go to the back and everyone moves up one, whoever is the king at the end is the winner.
Then just do high catching off the bat, full length of the field.
And due to our young side and lack of nets, and extra fielding practise we are the best fielding team in our league.
