How to ball fast???

Hi I want to know how to ball fast using fast bowlers coz I dont seem to be able to ball faster than 110km/h with any fast bowler.

Not even with Steve Harmerson or Brett Lee

Maybe searching the forum could help, but as you are a new user and its not nice to have a go at people anyway, I'll help you.

The best way is not to try and get the bowling marker on the line, but just above it (not too much, or it will be a no-ball). Keep practicing it in the nets or whatever, you will bowl plenty of noballs but with practice you will get it.
With this method you should be able to get up to 140/150 kph.

Use left arm fast bowlers against right handers (India are best for this). The swing is deadly.
