How to bowl fast??

I need help with bowling...

my bowling speed (with any fast bowler) doesn't pass 70s or 80s..it basically stay in 60s and even in 50s...while PC bowlers bowl at speeds such as 85 and 95..


can anyone tell me how to bowl fast ?? thnx in advance!
