How to install Roster updates

hey, ive been searching around on threads but I've been unable to find a basic tutorial of installing rosters. can someone please gimme a rundown?

If it is TeamAndPlayerInfo.bag replace the file in your data/gui folder. If it is a .dat file then use Baggi Studios to import it into your TeamAndPlayerInfo.bag file.
