ICC 2005 license problem

Well i had a problem with the trial and i kept getting this message and so i couldn't try it.

Well i decided to go ahead and purchase a license as i though that this wouldn't be a problem and it allowed me to buy a license but when i got to activate my license it comes up with the same message as before.

I'm already running my administrator account (it's the only one i have) and so it has full access to everything.

I'm not sure what the problem is

Sorry about posting this in the sticky thread at the top of the page and here but i'm really eager to get this working.

Perhaps the permissions of the Administrator account have been setup wrong. Do you have XP Pro? Also can you run regedit? and look at HKEY_CURRENT_USER?

Yep i have XP pro running with the SP2

Here's the screenshot of HKEY_CURRENT_USER from Regedit, It says that all permissions are allowed.

Not sure about the permissions of the administrator account but i'd set up a new account with all permissions allowed and when i try to run ICC2005 it says something about this program is already been used and if i try again the program will be unuseable.

I first had this problem about 9 months ago when i tried to buy another softwrap game, TEW but when i emailed them i never got a reply.

I emailed them yesterday about this problem and i'd expect it would be atleast Monday before i get a reply if i do get one this time.

I've fixed the Aministrator problem now, as you said Ste it was a problem with the admistrator account, In the end i just deleted all my accounts and created another one with full access to everything and that did the job.

Unfortunetly when i go to activate license it now connects to the softwrap server and comes back with

'Failed, Max number of computer changes have already been made'

Not sure what this means but i've not activated this license before, I tried to on my other account but it never even tried to connect to the softwrap server.

Yeah they have a contact support number but there only open Monday-Friday until 3pm GMT and i work until 5 Monday-Friday.

I've sent them a email though and hopefully they can sort it out tommorrow.
