ICC 3 Graphics

Can anybody make a new skin for ICC 3? I am starting to get boared of the current skin and it is making me stop playing the game.

I was also thinking that this thread could be used as a sort of HQ for all of the graphics that have been done for the great game. So if people want to post their work in here and i will do a front page with all of the work and the links to the downloads.

Good Idea?

Its either impossible or very difficult to make a skin for ICC 3, so i doubt anything will be done due to the funny file types.
