England won't chase this down, should have had the windies for 150 on this wicket.

The 2007 world cup is perilously close to losing the tag of being the most boring world cup ever

That is an exaggeration. This WC has had a fair share of exciting games. AUS-WI, ENG-PAK, IND-AUS, PAK-AUS, BAN-NZ, SL-AFG, SA-BAN were all very good games. That makes it 1/3rd of the completed matches so far. The crowds also have been largely very good, the 2007 WC had empty stadia. The weather did`nt let this event take off. Hopefully, that will change and the tournament will build some momentum in this coming week. Some of the organization is appallingly bad. Why are the hosts playing weekday fixture and that too a day game?

If we follow the same format for next WC we would actually have a very good tournament as WC in India starts mostly mid-Feb and there is no rain during that period and hopefully Cricket would again be at it's competitive best with increased Test fixtures !! :cheers

Maybe ICC saw it as a throwaway match and will have England booked weekend or night for big games

Stats will be stats but if someone were to ask me, I think Warner has been one of the worst batters this tournament so far.

I was hoping we'd leave stupid ads to our neighbours. Pathetic to see mixing military conflict and politics to make a cheap ad. How about a feel good ad that encourages our fans to back our team instead of mocking the other? They go low, you go high! But alas, both sides will continue to act with pettiness. They could learn from PlanetCricket!

I don't have a clue what's being aired in Pakistan, but the "abbu" one in India is just pathetic. Frankly, the "mauka" aired in 2015 was absolutely hilarious, fantastic, edgy and brilliant all at the same time. They made fun of India having never beaten South Africa at the time as well so it wasn't all one sided.

Star's coverage is a joke now and one would be forgiven to believe that it's not the same broadcaster of the late 90's and early 00.

There were quite a few number of questions being raised over Finch being the Captain but not delivering with the bat but he has replied to his critics, "Shut up and watch me bat !!!!"

What a brilliant 100 this is and he has been consistently scoring runs and winning matches single handedly since the Pakistan series. A real great since of improvement this from Finch. Can we expect a double 100 from him ? :spy
