India U19 vs England U19

anybody following this match?

I can't believe India's performance, they have just thrashed England.. But there are still a couple of days left, so maybe England will put up a miracle performance later on...

But still what a game for India U19, if these are India's future players, I am very happy...

India Under-19s 334 & 51/1 (still batting)

England Under-19s 112 all out

Rayudu batted excellently, but the surprise performance was Abid Nabi. He took 5/26.

India U-19 have always performed well. I think. Ambati Rayudu seems to be a good batsman but I guess he'll have to wait for his time in the Indian time. Remember Pathan's 9 wickets at that level?

dhawan is also very promising young player
man we have lots of up coming tallent, but when will they get a chance

Yes and what's sad is that we do not even know about them that well. They are not even on the fringe because the fringe players are all 20+ who've been doing well in Ranji cricket. Rayudu is one name that has stuck around the last few years, though, as has Shikhar Dhawan. But if you ask me to name anyone else...I'll be stuck. I'll be familiar with a few names but I will not be able to name them myself.

Perhaps they are not getting a chance to prove themselves simply because the media has not introduced them to us.

I agree with that niraj patel had a great season but no one has seen him play actual game to judge what kinda player he his...
its ironic how our cricketer get all this attention in media but
our media coverage on domestic cricket in next to nothing....
that sucks big time
