Why? Umpires get LBW's wrong, along with edges and catches. It's just another mode of dismissal. Why do you have a problem with it?

I actually really like this new system. It's a step in the right direction.

what u mean one catch?? that catch was of jayawardanes and especially in SL. its a crime to drop him. He dropped 3 catches. He was even droppping straight balls at the end of days play. He better get his act straight.

All catches were tough opportunities except one, mind. All against Kumble, too.

He kept well to all the other bowlers, and he's feeling the pressure. He's still young, and after one dropped catch and Dhoni and Pee Patel chasing him all the time, he's just cracking.

I expect him to perform tomorrow.

seriously, pitches like these kill test matches more than T20's. Sri Lanka will keep playing on, and tomorrow india could also make a feast (unless they get fixed to throw away the game or make the game interesting by making up a collapse).

The ICC need to do something about the pitches. This is far too flat. This is not good test cricket. This will end in a draw. They have a player burnout problem? Making the bowlers bowl this many overs fist innings of a series is NOT helping.

This is ridiculous.

The pitch looks like a good target for frustration, but 4 hundreds? India have clearly not being playing great cricket. Sri Lanka have a better chance of taking wickets than it might look.

India aren't bowling great, but they are bowling okay - the pitch really is very slow.

In fact that is what they are doing at the moment.
Poor shot from Sehwag though you can't complain as that is how he plays cricket.
But Certainly couple of more wickets will make sure that India will bat twice and allow Srilanka to win by an innings.
Still Pitch has nothing for Bowlers so I don't see Indian batsman getting out cheaply.

India's bowling was ordinary and it was made to look even more worse because of the flat wicket. All Sri Lanka need to do is bowl well and keep the Indians under pressure. At worst, it'll be a draw for them anyways.
