This is a series I'm really looking forward to. I can't wait to see Dravid, Sachin, Ganguly and Laxman bat again. Hope it's quite a spectacle and I don't end up being disappointed (however, if we lose having fought well like in Australia, then it's okay). Tendulkar gives new spin bowlers a lot of respect--we've seen this in the past with Panesar, Adil Rashid and even those random Aussie spinners that came on tour once in a while. I always questioned that approach before, but it makes a lot of sense now. Better to spend the time out and learn about a bowler than treat him lightly just because you're one of the best players of spin in the world.

A young English spinner that is apparently a huge prospect for the future. If I remember correctly, we played him in a tour game during our tour to England.

Adil Rashid is an English spinner (leg-spinner I think). Tendulkar gave him a lot of respect early on in the innings in a tour match before hitting him over the boundary at will.
