Installing the mega patch

Can somebody please explain the procedure of installing the patch.
we have 10 .rar files (in parts), do i have to merge them into a single file
or just unrar the 10 files to 10 seperate folders.
if i extract all of them to a single folder then many files are overwritten,

kindly guide me

I think if you unrar the 1st one the rest should follow. There should be a exe file that you can excute.
