Has anyone had this happen to them before:

Quite interesting, never thought they would add that rule. Also I noticed that when the ball bounced twice and the 2nd bounce was past the pop in crease (the 2nd line) that isnt a no ball, is this the correct rule in cricket or is the no ball rule the ball must not bounce twice before the stumps?

intresting...the ball roled & hit the stumps.

The law states that the bal must not bounce MORE than twice. But when it's rolling of course that is correctly called a no-ball. That's those wet pitches for you. I suspect if you bowl very short with a spinner the ball might not even reach the stumps.

I though when the ball roles they call it a dead ball.

Yes it is called a dead ball the ball must not bounce twice before it is past the stumps!
