is 29 fps enough??

i just downloaded the software called fraops from www.fraps.com and i am getting about 27-30 fps...
is that enough ....anyway i am at xtremely low settings...like my filtering is point,texture is compressed etc....

i am thinking of overclocking my vid.card(Riva TNT 2 M64 32 mb)but i have no idea about it....
so can anybody give me any idea about softwares and how can i overclock my card with that?????

I think winamp is the easiest and the best way you can find out the fps your Card is generating. Just go the credits..... and you'll see the fps.

Also check out the bus speed increasing in your motherboard that is with the processor setting. That will increase your overall board FSB. But I am not sure about AGP slots..... But i know for sure thats the way you overclock PCI cards.
