Middlesex batsman Ed Joyce will replace Marcus Trescothick in the England squad for the 3 mobile Ashes series, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced via its official website on Wednesday evening.
The 28-year-old left-hander is yet to make his Test debut and was part of England's 14-strong Academy squad that was due to depart for a five-week training camp in Perth on Wednesday.
