How could it be a easy route? everyone will play and quitters will get punished. please explain how it will be easy.....if your are really number one then you will be number one again...its just this that people will now know that you quit when you lose...there are three people who have confirmed this on this site so please dont even try to explain yourself again. i am so happy with this quitter stat......Perfect. :rtfl

Why should my number of days mastering this game and playing online go to waste because of a patch? The only reason you want it to be reset is so you can move up the ranking becasue you were not good enough to start with.

If I am a quitter then my ranking will slip pretty quickly from 1 to where you are at the moment, would not it?

I am afraid there is no easy to the top alioz. You have to earn it. Codemasters, MS or Transmission are not going to wipe clean the board for you to get to number 1 becuase you are not good enough.

Punjabi, I understand your point, that you have worked very hard to get your ranking and it would be unfair to you to have the leaderboard reset.

However I do not think it will be easier to get to the top after the quitting system, it will still be just as challenging except now we will know who the quitters are.

I hope they do reset them (btw I am ranked quite high in the ps3 leaderboard for 2020 ). Just think it will be nice since the gameplay is changing, a quitting system is coming into place, will be more fun to have to restart from the begining.

You will still know who the quitters are after the patch. The counter starts for everyone at the same time.

Lets say for an example I am number 1 and I come against a player who is ranked 1000. If I am losing and quit the game then my ranking should take a beating because I was losing to a much lower ranked player.

Why do I need to climb up the ladder again.

Im NO.3 in ODI Batting as well as ODI Bowling on AC09 Online PC. I don't mind if the leaderboard is reset.


I say so because , those who play fair & well don't mind what the leaderboard says. Heck im out just to have fun. Its not like someone will give 100,000 $ ( U.S. not Zimbabwean :brickwall ) for being on the leaderboard. Though, its true that 90% of people on leaderboards will be totally against getting it reset :getyou .

It sure does feel like a brand new game & the leaderbord stats will change pretty quickly this time. Many who just charge on every ball ( while batting ) will have problems scoring & Those who bowl outside the off stump or yorkers every ball will also have problems getting wickets. :readit

All in all , have faith in yourself & just try to ENJOY the game & not Compete with anyone. :friends

You are making comments wihout even knowing me or playing against me. I don't know what to call you.

When I play online I seek to play top ranked players. i have got to the top playing a lot less matches then the players below me. I take no joy in beating crap players. I even coach lessers players while I am playing online with them on a ranked match. Most of the time they appreciate your feedback and plus side is that they are less likely to quit.

I don't want it to be a new game. This games is great even without a patch. I have got every cent out of this game.

This achievement even surpasses my 23rd place at the Grimsby Cat Show "Bake Your Favourite Fairy Cake" competition.

(Although I was disqualified for having three wings on the cake instead of just the two; I had misinterpreted rule 17b subsection, which stated clearly that "....and therefore the to be presented cup-cake will be adorned with no more or less than two wings unless a doctors certificate can be produced stating clear medical reasons why more or less wings have been added. The only viable medical reason is Fairywinglexia, an inability to cope with two wings on a fairy cup cake."
