hi everyone...
as i am going to college in a few months time...i need a Laptop computer which i can do work on but also to play games, surf net, listen to music etc...does anyone know any good sites which have these kind of laptop computer at reasonable prices ideally below ?1000...

Hmm , i think you have two very good choices, if u need a laptop for gaming also.

Compaq V6102 - Amd Turion X2 ( dual core ) , 1 GB RAM , Nvidia 6150 Chipset , 100 GB HD , DVD WRITEr, and all usual features like BLuetooth, wi-FI etc.

Or

Dell Inspiron 6400 - INtel core Duo , 1 GB DDR2 , Ati mobility radeon X1300 chipset, and all usual features.

Both are considerably good for gaming and would easily fit within your budget
