LBW : Line and length and not out??

I have bowl heaps of line and length and sometime it hasn't appealed for lbw when it should be...And sometime when it appealed for lbw and not given out for lbw when it shopuld..I fine this is weird..Anyone got the some problem?

this is where BLIC has the edge though..its LBW thingy is amazin...explains the whole scenario to the user...
