i think the semis should be A1 vs B2 and A2 vs B1.if its the way you posted,there would be no need of a semi-final.you could rather take the top team from each group and play the final,as the semis any way will result in one team from each group only if it stays A1 vs A2,B1 vs B2.just a suggestion,btw.
