Which is better a Right Handed Batsman or Left Handed Batsman?

I think that right handed batsman slog more and left handed batsman are more classy and stylish.

Left handers > Right handers

Look at the Aussie team, most of them are, and I am too :)

Left/right combinations are handy to upset the bowlers line though

Dont know I play both righty and lefty equally good but lets see
righty: viv richards, bradman, sachin...etc.
lefty: border, lara, gangully...etc.
guess I'll go with righty

Lol.

Lefty:Jayasuria, Sir Garfield Sobers (I heard he got big scores too)

Precisely what I think Kerry. However there are some lefties who do slog like klusener, akram,Gilchrist, jayasuriya and some times Hayden.

well it also depends how you bat ,if you are righthanded like me than you will probaly vote for the right handed to be a better batsmen

Thats because there aren't many left handers in the game, especially lower order batsmen who have the tendency of slogging.

Right handers are common and hence left handers look elegant. I voted for right handers simply because Sachin tendulkar is right handed.

Don Bradman was right handed, Viv Richards was right handed, Javed Miandad was right handed, S. Waugh, Mark Waugh, Gooch, Atherton, gavaskar, vishwanath all were elegant and right handed.

i think there is a lack of quality and elegant right handers in game right now though. All top batsmen right now are left handers.

Intrestingly, when i play cricket here, I bat as a lefty (dont know why),

but when bowling i use my right hand but on the right side of the wicket, and it still gets to the wicket.. hmm :P

If you think its strange batting left-handed and bowling right-handed, its not actually. I mean I bowl right-handed bat left-handed. Theres a number of international players who do it too. Ganguly, Butcher, Trescothick, Simon Jones, Anderson, Jacques Rudolth and Chris Gayle to name a few. They may not be particularly good at one thing but they do the left-right combination.
