Lineup editor and player editor problem

i get a message that ( system error & h8007007e(-21470247700) the specified module cannot be found and in player editor doesn't come any message just a sound comes i dob't wat it is

Download the comdlg32.ocx file found in the essential files section.I had the same problem a few days ago.
