From January 2010 In India a mobile user can have the same number but different Service Provider

My Current Service Provider is Reliance and i might change it to something else depending on the best GPRS speed which is available here in Tamil Nadu.

Can anybody let me know which is the best Service Provider for GPRS in TAMIL NADU?

Well to be honest Here you can get an sim card for rs.500 or so WITHOUT ADDRESS PROOF. I have just had one number since 2-3 years I guess. I am Not so Happy with the Network of Reliance I do not get the tower Even when I am at my house itself. So I am going to change the Service Provider as per the GPRS Provider which gives the high speed
