Modding for DBC 14

So I don't know if it's because of the site upgrade, but there is no option for me to join the DBC14 PC Owners group/send in a request in order to access mod downloads? I was wondering how to do so? Yes I know, I own the oldest Big Ant cricket game on Steam and am too boomer to upgrade to a newer version of the game.

Hello mate. On my phone anyway I see a paragraph with link about needing to validate your account at the top of the downloads thread under the “post thread” button. Is it not there for you?

That's the link of old method, but it seems to be not available after the upgrade.
