Need Advice on Graphics Cards

Hey guys,

I am looking to buy a decent graphcis card for my pc not much powerfull just to run my games like cricket 2005 and NFS UG2 with good graphics...I am looking for a card with budget ?40 or less........

My PC:
2.5 ghz speed
128 mb ram
40 gb Hard Disk Space...

Please tell me which graphics card is decent enough in this price range...
I have found this one on ebay for ?30 quids new .....(NVIDIA GEFORCE FX5200 VGA AGP GRAPHICS CARD 128MB DDR) is it any good..

if i buy a 256 mb card does that mean that my pc should have 128 mb of ram or doesnt it matter...

And what do u think about saphire readeon 9250..

P.S. I can only go till ?40
