Need help on how take a picture of comp screen without PrtSc Button

Guys can someone tell me how to take a screenshot of the comp. screen without the Print Screen Button as it is not working in my comp. Can someone suggest a software

Also can someone tell me how to take a screen shot of a part of a screen instead of the whole screen

Download fraps.

Then paste it in paint and crop the part you want.

For part of a screen you can use the snipping tool. It's in accessories.

the images go to the folder you have it set to save in. check in fraps.

Why don't you just use the on screen keyboard and take a printscreen using that?
Go to Start > Run
Type osk and press enter.
Now, you can click on its printscreen button to capture the screen.
If the screen capture includes the keyboard though, then you're stuck. Maybe moving it out of the way a bit, and then cropping it out would work for you/

Edit: I see you want only a part of the screen. Place the osk in such a way that it is not obstructing the part of the screen you want to capture, and at the same time you are able to access the printscreen button (PrtScn).
Now simply open paint, and paste the screen capture. Crop out the keyboard and whatever you might not need.
