Need Help

i just got the game and i want to know whats the best way to improve a player, i played 2 years and i was West indies and my side kept geting worse and worse, i lost a 2 test series against Bangladesh and some of my promising young guys are failing to improve i kno that its probably my fault so i wana know if you guys can help me.

like if i wanted to improve Danesh Ramdin and his batting do i asign him bat technique or bat practice any tips and pointers would be great.
