need urgent help

i downloaded te gd kit replacer program and downloaded some kits from cricket2004.net and then overwrote the old aus kit with the new one and when i played the game their kits were all blotchy and smerey. what did i do wrong?? also on some of the kits there is a 1 and 2 file. i take it this is for the front and back but how do u install them both?

have you updated all the 5 file dimensions?
512x512 256x256 128x128 64x64 32x32

If you can't even see the options on the right side of the program, change your resolution to 1024x768 or greater, because the program takes up alot of area on your screen.

what do u mean by updating them? their kits just look like a bunch of mixed up colours

did u change all 5 of the pictures for the front of the kit, all 5 pics for the back of the kit, etc.
