New Sky Sports TV Overlay

Hey Guys.. i was wondering has anybody tried to make the new Sky Sports Tv Overlay.. it is being used for the Eng vs Sri test series..

I think there are many Tv Overlays Makers in Pc ........... But In my mind Farrukh, Arghasen or Aussie have to do it........Bcoz there work is always nice on Tv Overlay
