New web forums for graphic contests?

Seeing that most graphic contests aren't lasting much, couldn't it be better to make new forums on the web for graphic contests?

My idea for the contests is:

• There is a forum for members to create their own competitions.
• The most successful ones are given a sub-forum to run their contests.
• The guys who have a good record while playing these contests will get a go in the official league.
• The official league will go on for 3-4 months.
• The best guys in this league win!

Of course these points can be fine tuned. We can expand it. I quite like this idea. What do you think? Anyone with me to create a web forum for this? I'm only going ahead with this if people like the concept. If anyone wants to partner me in this feel free to PM me.

It annoys me that people wont give it a shot, HP_Fan, I'm willing to help in whatever you need, as i'd love to see these competitions survive thier length!

I'll help you set it up and get it going, but then someone can take my place I don't want to be really doing graphics all the time and i'll feel the need to as Admin.

So yeah, i will if you want me to.
