New Zealand Premier League XIII

your call Chewie, if you change your mind let me know. Its annoying some players are horrible when they play for my team, and when they change teams they get alot better. James anderson was one such fellow :p

And no Aussie Team Wagner is staying put

That's why I'm reluctant to trade players such as Sehwag and Steyn - they haven't performed for me in the past season, Sehwag in the past two, but I know that if I trade them Sehwag will average 60 and Steyn will average 15 ><

For Morgan to find a place in the xi,either Jayawardene, Collingwood or Michael Hussey has to make way which looks slightly improbable ATM but lets see if i get any trade offers.

Morgan is better than Jayawardene and I rate him higher than Collingwood but that's just cause I really don't like Collingwood.

Ha ha!
No way Morgan's going to be rated better than Jayawardene or Collingwood for that matter :p
Moreover since there are 2 English players already, either Collingwood or Flintoff has to make way for Morgan mate :laugh

I would trade Langeveldt for Morne Morkel. Most people would agree that Morkel is better. Morkel is a regular international player for South Africa now while Langeveldt is more of a fringe player.

Ok. I'd just so laugh if Morgan was the top run scorer making at least 50 in every match.

He didn't get too much game time last season so I dunno how good he would be in the long run. He probably won't get much game time this season either. Especially with Amla and Sehwag taking up the two international batting positions in my lineup :) I don't really like having too many internationals of one kind at a time.

Ok,done.
Langaveldt makes way for Morkel jr.

Here's how our line-up will probably be:

1.Jesse Ryder
2.Brendon McCullum (c) (wk)
3.Mahela Jayawardene
4.Paul Collingwood
5.Michael Hussey
6.Craig McMillan
7.Andrew Flintoff
8.Jacob Oram
9.Ian Butler
10.Nuwan Kulasekara / Morne Morkel / Saeed Ajmal
11.Trent Boult / Brent Arnel / Roneel Hira

* No question of dropping McCullum down the order and he better perform this time after batting worse than say Neil Broom in the last 3 seasons :facepalm

I'm just informing you guys that I have a pretty big announcement set for tomorrow.
I'm not sure how it'll be received, so we'll have to wait and see.

I would suggest playing Arnel and probably Kulasekara unless you want to play a spinner. I reckon Kulasekara is a bit better than Morkel.

Of course he'll get a nod ahead of both Morkel and Ajmal.
He's been in the list of top 5 ODI bowlers for quite some time now and is in good form currently.
