No aggressive regens (ICC09)

Hi, I am in season 2013 with Lancashire. (ICC09)
I have a squad of 18 players in which 9 of them are regens.

Out of those 18 players only 1 of them has an aggressive preference who is my keeper who is not a regen.

Because I have no aggressive players I have good FC batsmen but really struggle in OD and T20. Too often I have a batsmen on 30 off 75 in a OD match.

Some other points to note are the averages of my team. Most off the regens have a second team average of over 50 and a FC average of around 40. In OD cricket I only have one batsman averaging over 30 and in T20 cricket only one batsmen averaging over 25.

Is their any reason for me having NO aggressive regens or is it just down to BAD luck???

I tend to find a lack of defensive players. When I do get one they are way better then my normal youths.

You can change them anyways using technique training.

For me it's the other way around as well. I like having a very defensive number 3. but they are hard to find. I finally got one in 2013. He is aged 21, and looks a great prospect. Scored 88 in his first innings against SA.

But like that one dude said, just use the technique training to change it.
