Expert Eye
Nottinghamshire easily on top Jefferson Dominating Broad early on to dishearten the young seamer. Nottinghamshire must continue to gain maximum batting points.

being a Outlaws fan i`ll be glued to this , great solid start , without Fleming as well who is on int duty at the start of the season

Work a bit more on presentation and this could be a pretty decent story :)

Day 1 Session 2 UPDATE

Nottinghamshire pressed on without losing a wicket as both openers reached centuries they went in at tea 291-0 Jefferson was the first to reach a hundred
100forjefferson.jpg

As you can see he very strong through onside and going through the middle
he hit 14 fours to reach his century at a healthy strike rate of nearly 60
Shafayat was the next to reach a century a very patient century in terms of the way jefferson charged on
100forshafayat.jpg

Bilal was very strong all over the onside but hit only 2 fours on the legside
He looks the most likely to get out a bit suspect to spin as amjad made him play a miss on a number of ocassions

Good morning its about 20 minutes before the start of play im here with Nottinghamshire captain Jason Gallian

"So Jason Couldn't have hoped for a better day yesterday Perfect pitch, Perfect light and you're openers hitting their straps both scoring big hundreds"

"Yeah Will and Bilal did really well their partnership set us up well got us over 300 im really pleased with the effort"

"Its looking very cloudy this morning and leicestershire have a newish ball its going to swing about a bit isn't it"

"Its definatley going to swing but we have some good batsmen and hopefully we can get around 500+ so we can get our bowlers on during the cloud and hopefully do some damage"

"Good look today Jason"

"Thanks"

Nottinghamshire should be looking to bowl Leicestershire out cheaply with the amount of swing around but the pitch is still very good.
