NZPL- Match 8: Hafeez on a roll!

The New Zealand Cricket Council (NZCC) along with ANZ came up with a 50-over competition, named - New Zealand Premier League. The competition will be held across the wonderful environment-friendly country New Zealand, with six teams battling it out for the trophy. The champion of this league will be eligible to qualify for the Champions League Season 13.

Player selection will be through the process of drafts, which the details of it will be posted soon.

Each team will consist of 12 New Zealand players who will be denoted as locals, and to complete the squad of 18, there will be 6 overseas from a player pool that is to be announced.​
