O edit problem !!! please help

Guys I have downloaded the Oedit 3D editor but problem is I can't view the the head when I try to textured preview could someone please help solve problem. Also is anyone trying to do any more faces like pakistani faces etc.

i dont know much about OEditor but i think This Tutorial might prove helpful
