OK, now I have downloaded the player editors, now what? :-)

Ok guys, file me under confused. I have downloaded BOTH player editors, and I have downloaded the bag importer file, but I have NO IDEA from there!

Could someone plz give me some instructions. I just want to transfer some players into the regular teams from 1) ICC World Cup and 2) Classic XI...

Help much apprec. As I have said, I have downloaded both editors-no idea which is preffered for this task...
