Only 5 balls bowled

Hi, I've noticed a few times that only 5 balls are bowled in the over, if it then goes to hawkeye it shows 6 but the 6th is a short ball that I didn't bowl. Any Ideas?

I can't say I've ever had this problem myself.

I've seen the random short ball appearing, but didn't realise that the over was a ball short.

I thought that it happened when a full-toss was bowled, but that was a guess.

I've also noticed that if you bowl a no-ball or wide it doesn't appear in hawk-eye. It can only show 6 deliverys
