Somewhat more watchable than University Challenge IMHO, something you can try and join in and have a bash at without having a buzzer give the answer before you've had a think and go.

The wall is worth a go online, I suggest "Wall 12" which I did very well on, you'll get why if/when you try it.

University challenge is ace.

The chemistry questions on it are absurdly soft, probably because anything remotely difficult in chemistry involves complex equations or fairly tricky diagrams, which isn't conducive to the format, really.

Ah and my mate's brother is captain of the current university of liverpool side.

I tried the five "competition" walls, got fed up with most of them seeing a connection but not having the willpower to stick to trying to get it. I did complete one wall, and in 1m10s which I'm well chuffed with and can only assume people who did the wall in 30s or thereabouts somehow cheated. I looked at a leaderboard the other day and I'm sure people had more than one entry on the same leaderboard

Didn't manage to get 10/10 in any of the latest four, but got VERY close to completing two. I managed to work out three connections and complete the wall, but couldn't work out the connection between the last group so fell agonisingly short.

By chance saw this was on last night, although seeing it advertised is minimal probability on a channel I rarely watch.

Didn't think much of it first connection wall, but the second looked incredibly like one they had on the BBC website. I wonder if they simply haven't used walls that were used during this series
