Bopara already out, the change of format has done nothing for him if anything hes gone worse. Trott and Denly at the crease.

England vs Ireland Aug 27

Discuss England's one day warm up match against Ireland.

6/1 off of four overs. They'd want to get a move on soon. I hope Mr. Denly can score a decent total.

Ireland are a half decent side. Sounds like Trent Johnson could teach the Aussies a thing or two about how to bowl to Jonathan Trott as well. Out lbw...

What`s disgraceful is that we lost the Ashes to a team like this. Nah tbh, Ireland`s a decent side, one of the best associates teams. Bring on the Irish luck eh?

A runrate of 1.4 in the first powerplay...
It's fine really. Any Irish players that are any good get stolen by England anyway whereupon they become rubbish.

Wouldn't mind seeing Ireland cause an upset :) The English batting goes on forever, down to 10 today.

In a way I'd like us to lose just to make sure that we don't get over excited by the Ashes victory.

On the other hand for the love of God I hope we don't lose to Ireland :p
