Personally, I'd be happy solely with a great gameplay experience.
The second thing would be good statistics, which so far (based on cricket academy), Big Ant has given us more than I would want. So that's not really a concern for me. Just hope the gameplay is great

Full data base like cricinfo, showing are career players against each other after the 20 year career has finished. Things like list of highest scores for every career mode uploaded to the leaderboard plus all the other stats and all 5 difficulty levels shown apart. Full Net practice mode. Full online career mode, like a driving game, could play in the same team or against each other, be playing in different countries. This would take a hell of a lot of work to maintain but could be done.

Fifa 13 has the most complex career mode,hope BA atleast gets me 60% of what EA has in the Fifa 13.Also i would see the commentators commenting during the match.I have never seen the commentry box in any cricket game till now.
