Pakistan 1998 Team

Does any one know which challenge/series have to be completed to unlock the 1998 Pakistani Team, and other 1998 teams?

Or

Does any one know how do I copy players from one team to another, for example Javed Miandad from PAK 1998 to Current Pak squad?

I copied/pasted some of the players from PAK 1998 side to the current PAK side using player Editor. But the players aren't showing in the game instead the original players are still showing up in the current PAK squad.

Any solutions?

Well there are only 11 players in the Pakistan 1988 squad, because they are only used in classic matches. But if you want all the classic teams to be able to be used in normal modes then here
